Microsoft Windows Installer requires WinME, Windows 2000 or later or a special installation upgrade from Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com (if this link isn't working, search for the (windows installer redistributable)MrPresident multiple file download 9 CAB files, setup.exe and setup.lst
Just download all the files into an installation folder and then run setup.exe
